Never Before Released Seven Credit Repair Essentials: Wealth Secret #1

I know you’re probably wondering, what in the heck does this picture of 5 jars have to do with credit

When it comes to enhancing your credit, it starts with your financial strategy.

One of the reasons that many people’s credit takes a hit is because they have no plan for their income. They are spending 100% of their income.  All of their income goes into 1 “jar” (bank account).  If all of your income is one jar, you feel compelled to spend it.  You feel compelled to acquire more LIABILITIES (credit cards, car, debt) because you’re saying to yourself, “I can afford it”.

The problem with putting all your money into 1 “jar”, is that you don’t have any money to do other important things with like invest, save, creating long term income, get rid of debt.

Here is how your income should be divided up if you want to start creating wealth for yourself.

Jar 1 = Your NECESSITIES JAR. This jar is for your necessities in life. Rent/Mortgage, utilities, car payment, food, clothing and any other debts you may have.

Jar 2 = Your FINANCIAL FREEDOM JAR. The income in this “jar” is used to create extra income.  Income opportunities will always be presented.  Be ready to take advantage.  IMPORTANT: As you earn the extra income (in whatever capacity), don’t create more liabilities.  Use the income to get rid of debt and keep reign on your credit.

Jar 3 = Your PLAY JAR. Yes it’s important splurge on yourself.  You need to know what it feels like to just spend large sums of money on yourself. That good feeling will encourage you to want to increase your income.

Jar 4 = Your GIVE AWAY JAR. There will come times where people will need help due to dire circumstance. Once of the keys to creating wealth is to have the ability to give to those less fortune and NOT expect anything in return.

Jar 5 = Your EDUCATION JAR. Use the money in this “jar” to enhance your personal development.  Investing in training programs and coaching programs are the best.

Jar 6 = Your LONG TERM INCOME JAR. This jar is designated to building your retirement and long term generational income

Never Before Released Seven Credit Repair Essentials: First Step To Debt Freedom

There are millions and millions of people that are absolutely riddled with debt. Possibly, including yourself.  Debt is now the new slavery.

From the time to you turn 18, the #1 goal of the “system” is to get you into debt.  For many people is student loans. For others, it’s that first credit card or department store credit card or your first car or that T.V. you gotta get on credit.

I know it’s crazy, right? But there is a way out.

Here is the first step:

If you really want to take a control of your credit. You must take control of your debt.

Yep! It’s just that simple.  Stop spending so much dang money.  You don’t NEED all that stuff!

I know! I know! You want it!  You just gotta have it! But look that the situation you’re in.

Practice MEEKNESS with your money.  Meekness means to have MARGINS on your spending.  Just like this page I’m typing on has margins to keep the words inside a particular space or boarder.  You want to do the same with your spending.

Just cut back on a few activities or expenditures.  Instead of going golfing 4 Saturdays per month, go 2.  Instead of 1,000 cable channels, cut down to 500.  Instead of that luxury car that costs too much to maintain, sell it and get one that’s not so expensive to keep up.

Then use that extra money to start paying down debts and use the 5 Jar process on page 2 of the PDF.

See how easy this is?  It’s not complicated.  It just takes a little discipline and a little coaching.

Next step for you is to get the entire 5 Wealth Secrets of Financial Offense Training.  There’s optional coaching in the program as well.

RE:  Account #

To Whom It May Concern

This letter is being sent to you in response to notices sent to me from your company and more importantly, due to your erroneous reporting to the Credit Bureau{s}, the highly negative impact on my personal credit report. Please be advised that this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g  Sec. 809 {b} that your claim is disputed and validation is requested.

This is NOT a request for “verification” or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above named Title and Section.  I respectfully request that your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you.

Please provide me with the following:

  • What the money you say I owe is for:
  • Explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe:
  • Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe:
  • Provide a verification or copy of any judgment if applicable:
  • Identify the original creditor:
  • Prove the Statute of Limitations has not expired on this account:
  • Show me the you are licensed to collect in my state:
  • Provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent or Agent of Service:

At this time I will also inform you that if your offices have reported invalidated information to any of the 3 major Credit Bureau’s {Experian, Equifax or TransUnion} this action might constitute fraud under both Federal and State Laws. Due to this fact, if any negative mark is found on any of my credit reports by your company or the company that you represent, I will not hesitate to bring legal action against you for the following:

  • Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act
  • Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
  • Defamation of Character

If your offices are able to provide proper documentation as requested in the following Declaration, I will require at least 30 days to investigate this information and during such time all collection activity must cease and desist.

Also, during this validation period, if any action is taken which could be considered detrimental to any of my credit reports, I will consult with my legal counsel for suit.  This includes listing any information with a credit reporting repository that could be inaccurate or invalidated or verifying an account as accurate, when in fact there is no provided proof that it is accurate.

If your company fails to respond to this validation request within 30 days from the date of your receipt, all references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my credit report and a copy of such deletion {to any/all of the 3 major credit reporting bureaus: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion} request shall be sent to me immediately.

I would also like to request, in writing, that no telephone contact be made by your company to my home or my place of employment.  If your offices attempt telephone communication with me, including but not limited to computer generated calls and calls or correspondence sent to or with any third parties, it will be considered harassment and I will have no choice but to file suit.  All future communications with me MUST be done in writing and sent to the address noted in this letter by USPS.

It would be advisable that you assure your records are in order before I am forced to take legal action against your company and your client.  This is an attempt to correct your records, any information obtained shall be used for that purpose.
